PURPLE POPPY DAY

 

Purple Poppy Day – 24th February

 

 

The Goodna RSL Sub-Branch Women’s Auxiliary would like to extend an invitation to our local community to attend their Purple Poppy Day Service.

 

Purple Poppy Day is a day to remember and support the deeds and sacrifices of all animals, past and present, that served and continue to serve during War and in Peace.

 

Since 2019, the 24th February is the official day of remembrance for War Animal Day.

This year’s service is being held at 112 Brisbane Terrace, Goodna
Commencing at 10.30am, followed by light refreshments

 

 

Please RSVP by Monday 16th February if you wish to attend.

Additionally, if you would like to lay a wreath, please include this in your RSVP
