How do I secure my special event date and how much is the deposit?
Start by completing our online enquiry form with your preferred date, guest numbers, and event details. Our event coordinator will confirm availability and talk you through the options and next steps to secure your booking. Your function is booked once the terms and conditions have been signed and the deposit has been paid (room hire of $800).
What audiovisual equipment is available?
Club Parkview offers an HDMI-compatible TV, microphones and sound systems. The Function Centre offers a projector, sound system and microphones.
What is the guest capacity?
The Frank McGreevy Function Centre accommodates up to 300 seated or 350 cocktail guests. For smaller events, the Tap House holds 80 seated or 100 cocktail guests, the Bistro holds 60 seated or 80 cocktail guests, and Jacaranda accommodates 50 cocktail guests. A boardroom is also available for meetings.
Can I supply my own food and beverages?
We offer catering options, including shared platters and sit-down meals. Please speak with our events team about our food and beverage arrangements, including any requests to bring your own cake or cater to dietary requirements.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available for your guests both at Club Parkview and at the Frank McGreevy Function Centre, including disabled parking.
Can I view the venue before booking?

What furniture is available?
There's a mixture of furniture available from round tables to rectangle tables, if we do not have what you are after there's the option to hire in what is needed for your event.
Do you have a dedicated event manager?
Yes, we do. Every booking includes the support of our dedicated Functions Coordinator, who will help you plan your event from your first enquiry through to the day itself.
Can we use candles, confetti, smoke machines or sparklers?
A small number of candles may be used on celebration cakes. Confetti is allowed, although additional cleaning fees may apply. Smoke machines and sparklers are prohibited.
What is included in the room hire?
Room hire fee includes, basic linen, dedicated staff member, tailored room layout, in house furniture to use.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes, both Club Parkview and at the Frank McGreevy Function Centre are fully accessible and provide onsite disabled parking.
Do you offer catering packages, and can you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes, we do. Our in-house catering team offers a range of packages to suit everything from casual gatherings to sit-down celebrations, including finger food, grazing options and buffet menus. We're also happy to cater for dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets, as well as food allergies or intolerances.
What are the Function Centre opening hours?
The Function Centre is open for booked events only, with functions available between 7:00am and 11:30pm. For general enquiries, please visit or contact Club Parkview between 10:00am and 7:00pm.
Can I reschedule or cancel my event booking?
Yes. You can reschedule to another available date free of charge with more than 14 days' notice. Rescheduling within 14 days of your event will incur a $200 administration fee.
If you cancel within 14 days of your event, your deposit is non-refundable. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.
Can I view the venue before booking, and will other events be held on the same day?
Yes, and we highly recommend a viewing. Contact our Functions Coordinator to arrange a visit and chat through your plans. More than one event may be held on the same day, so please ask your coordinator if this is important to you.
When are final payment and event details due?
Final payment, catering selections, final guest numbers and dietary requirements are due seven business days before your event.
Is security required, and how much does it cost?
Some events may require a security guard. Your Functions Coordinator will advise you before booking. Security costs $60 per hour.
