Club Parkview

Start by completing our online enquiry form with your preferred date, guest numbers, and event details. Our event coordinator will confirm availability and talk you through the options and next steps to secure your booking. Your function is booked once the terms and conditions have been signed and the deposit has been paid (room hire of $800).

We have spaces for smaller gatherings and larger celebrations. The Frank McGreevy Function Centre accommodates up to 300 seated or 350 cocktail guests. The Tap House, Bistro and Jacaranda offer smaller spaces, and our team can help you choose the right one.

We offer catering options, including shared platters and sit-down meals. Please speak with our events team about our food and beverage arrangements, including any requests to bring your own cake or cater to dietary requirements.

A celebratory cake can be brought to your private function, cakeage fee can occur if you wish us to cut and plate.

Room hire fee includes, basic linen, dedicated staff member, tailored room layout, in house furniture to use.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available for your guests both at Club Parkview and at the Frank McGreevy Function Centre, including disabled parking.

Yes, we do. Our in-house catering team offers a range of packages to suit everything from casual gatherings to sit-down celebrations, including finger food, grazing options and buffet menus. We're also happy to cater for dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets, as well as food allergies or intolerances.

Yes, we do. Every booking includes the support of our dedicated Functions Coordinator, who will help you plan your event from your first enquiry through to the day itself.

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your own decorations, hire items and outside suppliers, subject to our terms and conditions.

Yes, event styling is available for an additional fee. Speak with our Functions Coordinator to discuss your vision and options.

Yes, you can. We just ask that you provide your entertainer's details to our Functions Coordinator before your event.

The Function Centre is open for booked events only, with functions available between 7:00am and 11:30pm. For general enquiries, please visit or contact Club Parkview between 10:00am and 7:00pm.

Yes. You can reschedule to another available date free of charge with more than 14 days' notice. Rescheduling within 14 days of your event will incur a $200 administration fee.

If you cancel within 14 days of your event, your deposit is non-refundable. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.

Yes, and we highly recommend a viewing. Contact our Functions Coordinator to arrange a visit and chat through your plans. More than one event may be held on the same day, so please ask your coordinator if this is important to you.

Final payment, catering selections, final guest numbers and dietary requirements are due seven business days before your event.

Club Parkview offers an HDMI-compatible TV, microphones and sound systems. The Function Centre offers a projector, sound system and microphones.

Yes. Amplified music must be turned down from 10:00pm and switched off by 11:30pm.

Children are welcome at functions. For events held at Club Parkview, children must leave the venue by 10:00pm. At the Function Centre, there is no set departure time for children. Guests do not need to sign in as club members or visitors.

Some events may require a security guard. Your Functions Coordinator will advise you before booking. Security costs $60 per hour.

A small number of candles may be used on celebration cakes. Confetti is allowed, although additional cleaning fees may apply. Smoke machines and sparklers are prohibited.
